I don't. Since I was on leave, I was not allowed access to my email (for insurance reasons). My mgr said he would email me the new figure, but I could not check my email and when I came back, they had wiped out all my emails. Obviously, I feel stupid as I usually get everything in writing.
I have gone to HR multiple times now (calls and emails to our POC and another POC) and have gotten no response! I have been completely ignored. It's hard to go to HR in person, as most of our work is done on client sites.
