I used to be like this because I didn't like the taste of plain water. I have started cutting up fruit, muddling it, and adding water. It is really delicious! I use oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries, etc. It tastes great! I end up drinking at least 100 oz per day. The down side...I pee a lot.

You're just not thirsty? Most people require more. I know I do. Soda is definitely not hydrating.

Probably about 120 oz. I love water and its really the only thing I drink besides my 2 cups of coffee in the am.

I do pee a lot.

I try to do about 80 oz (4 fillings of my 20 oz bicycle squeezy bottle that i carry everywhere with me).
