If the student was screened, then the parent/guardian of the student receives a letter, eligible or not eligible.

Last year some letters arrived prior to the date listed on the letter. I think they put the outer limit of when they intend to mail, but sometimes mail a few days early. They give the outer limit date to anyone who calls.

Just got off the phone with the AAP office: I was told that eligibility letters will be mailed the first week of May and orientations will be conducted May 6 - 15.
