I don't believe it's possible to attend DCPS afterschool care at another school, no. Privates are probably different. What many children with diminished means do, short of enrolling at a different school, is attend afterschool care offered by churches and rec centers, which are typically cheaper or even free in some instances. However, buyer beware!
