This is true for me. For a one-year-old, though, I'd apply different standards. If you keep, make sure you re-cook thoroughly (even if they get mushy). Otherwise, eat them yourself but make new ones for DD.

I would keep them..they are not refrigerated when raw..but like PP I think I tend to be pretty lax and have never been sick.

Just steamed with a little salt. Left them in the steamer pot on the stove without the kid overnight. Ok to keep? I made them for my 1 year old.
