Most of the regular monitoring can be done in their office, but there are certain tests that they insist you have, yet they send you to LabCorp. So on two different occassions, I had to get stuck once by SG nurse, then go down the hall to get stuck by LabCorp. I even tried to ask if one nurse could draw the blood and then just get the right tubes from the other nurse, but of course that didn't work out.
Ugh, that is what I was afraid of. The sign-in sheet listed people and why they were there and appeared to include SG patients (privacy anyone). I was considering a switch to their practice, but I'm not so sure now.
