I forgot to mention above that my dr also recommends taking "real" sudafed (from behind the counter), but I haven't been able to take it for a while as I am still nursing my daughter.

I've had a headache for the last couple of days, as well as feeling lethargic. I figured it was due to the high pollen count.

I take aspirin anytime there is a large change in barometric pressure. It thins the blood and makes it easier to get fresh, oxygenated blood to your brain. My doctor and I came up with this after 6 years of trying things like Imitrex and Relpax.

PP here - sounds exactly like what I get. But I don't think mine are migraines because it's more often than not a dull (but definitely uncomfortable) ache...and it can last several days.

Yes, I just went through almost 3 weeks of dull headaches from my temples down below my ears. It only got to the point where I had to take a pill on 3 or 4 days, but it was always there, and I'm not someone who normally has headaches. It lasted as long as the weather went through its winter/hot summer-like weather transition. Now, boom, all gone.

OP here. The pain is under the eyes and Above the eyes in the front forehead area, basically the sinuses. I used to think they were sinus headaches, but I think they are migraines. I get a headache on one side of my head due to barometric pressure changes. I take Tylenol and sudafed to take the edge off, I find i get more relief after the second dose (4 hours later). I have had this happen ever since I was a kid and just figure I was born with one crappy sinus.

Could be. Change in barometric pressure can trigger vertigo for some people.

Are the headaches on one side or behind the eyes? Weather is known to trigger migraines. My son gets this ever since we moved here (and from MSG). Ibuprofin taken at the early onset of such a headache can help a lot.

I suffer from chronic migraines. Weather truly plays a role in my migraines, especially when the barometric pressure changes. I see a neurologist and have medication that helps sometimes, but not always. I'm sorry you are going through this, I've been suffering for the past 3 days here in Philadelphia. I'd find a neurologist in your area that is recommended and see if they can help you. Good luck OP.

My head has been killing me since yesterday afternoon. I've noticed that I get sinus pressure migraines the day before or the afternoon before rain is forecasted. This has happened consistently for the last 4 headaches I've had. Does anyone else suffer from these types of headaches? What do you take to alleviate them? Have you been to a doctor for them, and if so what type of doctor?
