The square footage listed on the site is probably does not include any living space below grade. It's a raised rambler, so it has a basement.

I suspect the basement is finished and there are extra rooms.

So it's a lot more than 2000 sq feet of living space.

That said, I agree that the prices in this region (dc/md/nova) are outrageous.

I love the dining room table all set with no chairs. Actually made me LOL.

My house (about the same size and half the price) was being used as a 5 BR when we saw it - because they had turned the den/family room into a bedroom for one of their 4 adult children who had been living at home.

Yeah, I don't see how these prices are sustainable, really. But someone will pay it ...

It's overpriced, but then again, someone will buy it. It's North Arlington after all! I would not, it has no appeal at all. Looks like the sellers have moved out and are trying to get as much as they can for their little home!

I like ramblers but 899 is a lot. That said, the big windows/vaulted ceiling in back is pretty special. That's where you'd live.

I don't know VA really well, but in Bethesda, that would go in a heartbeat. Plenty of bedrooms and sq footage. I'd take it.
