In same situation and don't list it that way. Just say I'm DC-based.

No need. The only thing I would make sure is clear is that you are here in the DC area. If you see xyz address at the top and then 2 companies in other cities that may be a source of confusion. I would just leave the cities of the companies you have worked for off the resume.

I have worked remotely in my last two positions, I am applying for a new job and wondering if I need to put (Remote) next to each?
