I'm sure I'll NEVER be as fast as the perky fitness instructors on the video no matter how many times I do it, and sometimes my 30 second water breaks are more like 90 seconds, and I put ice packs on my knees when I'm done (like now - ahhhh feels so good). But, I'm finishing it. It's not pretty, but I'm finishing it.
