I put it in everything. Taco meat, chili, muffins, pancakes, etc.

It's good in anything carby like oatmeal, bread, muffins, pancakes, cookies. Also nice sprinkled on greens (chard, kale, spinach, etc), broccoli.

I think it gives a slightly nutty flavor.

You can add it to just about anything--mix into yogurt with fruit & honey, sprinkle in oatmeal or on cereal, you could mix it with breadcrumbs to coat chicken or fish. Put some into a smoothie.

I add it to my smoothies, oatmeal, granola and yogurt. I've haven't noticed a change in flavor, nor have I experienced any gastro issues.

I bought a bag of ground flaxseed for a "healthy" muffin recipe, and now need to use up the remaining 80% of the bag ?Any suggestions for me? Also, will adding flaxseed change the taste? ( I never noticed it in the muffins,) Last, are there any potential side effects from eating too much flaxseed - like gastro issues or whatever. Thanks.
