Many lawyers are licensed in all three states or have reciprocity or colleagues or recommendations of ones who are.

Any VA lawyer recs would be appreciated, thanks.

What issues?

can you also provide the size of the company? , custom builder, tract builder? this will determine how settlement would go.

If s/he wants attorney recs she should at least indicate the state as attorneys are licensed by state. So if the property is in VA, MD recs may not help unless the attorney holds a license in both states.

Or tell us what is wrong with your house, to even help decide if a lawyer is needed or you are just out of luck.

Thank you.

Please disclose the name of the builder so that we can all avoid him.
