Actually my MIL did this to my DH when he was a kid, not sure how old.

First of all, I'm sure it's safe to do.. however, why would you want to do that? I really think it's a little early in life to teach your child that her physical appearance needs to be enhanced..

If you do, remember that you have to take her to a spray tan place. Tanning beds aren't allowed for little ones to get that glow.

Are you for real? What would be the point of doing that? To attract a hot 20 month old boyfriend? Get a baby modeling contract? Look like she just stepped off the beach at Malibu?

Hair is light-medium brown and baby will be around one year. Is it safe to put some lemon juice in her hair before going out to play and see if it does anything?
