Awesome thank you. This is my first BFP ever so I have tended to use a lot of sticks just to see the lines the spotting has stopped so far this eve.

14:31 here. I think the increasing darkness is a good sign. I only tested once I started to spot (because frankly I wanted a glass of wine) and that was the night before my beta. By the day of the test my beta was only 28 and the test was light. The day before it was darker but that's all I had to go on.

Op here. I have my first beta on Fri and the. Follow ups mon and wed. Would a chemical be showing positive with increasing darkness since 5 days post 5 day though?

Yes, this could totally be normal - as your body will "expel" anything left over from previous cycles. Hang in there!

I'd keep an eye on it. I had the same spotting start on the same day but it continued regularly and then got a bit heavier and a good bit brighter. It ended up being a chemical. But during that time I heard lots of stories of similar spotting that went on to be healthy pregnancies.
When is your beta scheduled? Will they let you come in the day after tomorrow? The blood work then should be able to tell what's going on or provide a good clue.

There's a wide range of normal but as long as you don't have pain or heavy bleeding you should be okay.

I have been getting bfps for the last 3-4 days and am 13 days post egg retrieval, 8 days post 5 day transfer and today I've had light pink spotting (mixed with the progesterone discharge - TMI sorry). Is the pink spotting normal after having strong BFPs?
