Add a little flour of corn starch to make thicker - any of these are good.

It depends on the recipe. Saveur mag online has a few simple stir fries that make their own sauces.

I always marinate my chicken in a little soy, rice wine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Then I cook them up, dump them out, stir fry the veggies. At the end put it all together in the wok with a little bit of trader joe's general tso sauce. Tastes like take out.

i always just use a couple tablespoons of oyster sauce, and done. it's salty and sweet and has a richer flavor than if you just mixed soy sauce with some other stuff.

I lIke the Soy Vay Terriyaki. It's happens to be kosher. That's not a requirement for me, but I think it is very tasty.

Wegmans makes freshly bottled ones that are awesome, too.

I recently tried the Campbell's Skille Sauce Toasted Sesame and like it a lot. Also threw together one myself from peanut butter, soy sauce, water, and sesame seeds, and it was surprisingly delicious. I wish I also had ginger, garlic, and scallions to throw in as well.
