Steamed green beans - WF had some nice looking french ones.
Carrot cake: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/carrot-cake-iii/ My daugther's birthday is Monday so this is an Easter/bday cake. My son thinks the Easter Bunny would prefer carrot cake.

I'm taking either a homemade pound cake with fresh berries or a coconut cake to Easter dinner. A lemon dessert (lemon meringue pie or lemon icebox cake) would be good too.

Dd requested salmon, roasted potatoes, and green beans w/ garlic and olive oil. Not sure about dessert, but if anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them.

NP here. 10 people.
Lamb
Potato
Green vegetable
Haven't gotten more creative than that. We've had loin chops for years but my husband informed me today that he doesn't like them and would prefer rib chops.
