I'm taking either a homemade pound cake with fresh berries or a coconut cake to Easter dinner. A lemon dessert (lemon meringue pie or lemon icebox cake) would be good too.

Haven't gotten more creative than that. We've had loin chops for years but my husband informed me today that he doesn't like them and would prefer rib chops.
