Some MD parents do come to Stoddert, but there should be stuff closer to you.

You could look into Takoma Park Soccer. http://www.takomasoccer.org/

Also- there is a travel soccer club in Bowie- http://www.freestatesoccer.org/ - they may be able to steer you to local rec options.

Stoddert is primarily a DC league - it would be pretty tough for anybody in Bowie to make the trek. There has got to be PG County rec teams near you - good luck!

I am sorry have not heard of that team but wait patiently i am sure someone on the forum have heard of them. Maybe you can call today to ask them where there locations are.
