We are in a school and are not moving, but I will play anyway (so that we can get back to the initial question instead of questioning the premise). Language is very important to me, but it does not trump school quality or school warmth:

1. Mundo Verde
2. LAMB
3. EL Haynes
4. Stokes
5. Inspired Teaching

Why charter in the first place? Only choice? Many have terrible facilities and many do not have stellar test scores - what is the draw?
