I had a regular birth, so not exactly your situation. I found the adominal binder (got on Amazon - by Gabrialla) helpful when walking around. I wore it mostly during the day when I was up and doing things. If I was going to sit for a while, I didn't bother. Don't know if it helped pull everything back together, but I felt better walking around with it. Less tired.

Also had a belly bandit, but I was given a cheapy abdominal binder in the hospital that was better. Stayed put and thinner under clothing.

About to have my second c section and am intrigued by the belly bandit concept. I'm afraid my body won't be able to perform the magic trick it did the first time so easily this round...Has anyone used it with success? If so did it hurt like hell? That's honestly my biggest hesitation! Thanks!
