You can't smell it standing next to him---only if u sniff the armpits of his shirts. He thinks its funny. It is not all of the time either.
Pediatrician said not early puberty--totally normal. We bathe every night. Soap takes care of it. I won't use deodorant this young.
We eat primarily organic, btw.

I also took my daughter to a dermatologist who more or less told me the same thing and prescribed antibiotics which worked but I am not sure I want to use that long term.
I am so worried about her.
