+1......... I make these every passover with WF reduced fat unsweetened coconut and fat free condensed milk and dip the tops in dark chocolate. They are amazing.

Just made some last night. Here us a super easy recipe.

2 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut (whole foods has it)

3/4 cup sugar

2 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Mix together. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Can add chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes.

So easy and better than anythIng in the stores.

You can add chocolate chips. Bake about 20
