Exactly the same as #1--just over two weeks early.

38 weeks for the first, 37 weeks and 5 days for the second.

Both my children arrived at 39 weeks and 6 days, so that's a vote for pretty much right on time.

1st was one week late, 2nd was two days late.

One week late for me as well. First was right on time.

Both were late, ended up at the end of the line with the second and had to be induced to get him out!

I know a lot of recent second babies who came after the EDD.

FWIW, my second was early but not as early as my first.

I think it's random--I've heard of 2nd babies being later and earlier than 1st. But if you're looking for anecdotes, my first was 3 days late, second 3 days early.

Just curious whether your second baby come early, late, or on time? My first came four days late. Just wondering if anyone has seen any research on this...or if it's completely random.
