Or, blend the frozen bananas for instant 'ice cream' - can add honey or pb for extra flavor. This is really tasty.
Or, blend frozen bananas with coconut milk and pineapple juice for a mocktail (nobody flame me for the pineapple- my ob says its fine!)

Or, make bananas foster and be totally decadent.

Hmmm, glad I have some bananas sitting ripe at home

There are people who say that pineapple juice is not fine? What is wrong with pineapple?

Sorry- forgot I changed threads and this isn't the expectant mommas discussion. There's been recent flaming over whether preggos should eat pineapple (I am, and I do with OB's blessing). On our honeymoon in St Lucia, the barman made an amazing pina colada variation with banana. So that's my virgin take on it these days. Much better with dark rum though...

Just googled the ice cream and it does look tasty...especially with some chocolate chunks (ala Chunky Monkey ice cream). Thanks for sharing that idea.

There's this: http://www.thesisterscafe.com/2009/05/double-chocolate-banana-bread

Or you could just chuck one plus about half a cup of yogurt, a little honey or splenda, and some berries into your blender and make a nice protein shake.

Bananas, apples, pears, strawberries, a scoop or two of isolated whey Protein on the highest blender speed for about a minute and the family will walk out of the house well nourished and satisfied at least until lunch.

Mash them and mix into your pancake batter. Yummy to add chocolate chips and/or use whole wheat flour for half of the required flour. So good, you don't need syrup. Great for breakfast in the car!
