Recipe sounds great. I often buy a bottle of ginger teriyaki or ginger sesame marinade/dressing and pour it over the pork when it's about half done, it is finger-lickin' good.

I am definitely making a Kale salad tomorrow that has almonds and a lemon vinaigrette. I have a pork tenderloin that I am going to make as well. Looking for good suggestions on how to prepare the tenderloin. I am just not feeling creative and my usual prep wouldn't compliment a kale salad (or rather the kale salad wouldn't compliment them).
