Someone posted that recipe a year ago and I actually started a thread thanking that OP for introducing me to it. It would never have caught my eye if I'd seen it on my own, but it is DELICIOUS.

My favorite with gnocchi is a really meaty bolognese... I figure if I'm eating a potato pasta, I'm going to go all out decadent. I LOVE GNOCCHI

I love this! And the kids gobble it up too. It is very quick to put together as well.

And the gnocchi cooks so fast. This is such a fast meal. I will add red peppers and shallots and put the gnocchi and chicken on a bed of spinach.

Agree with one caveat, although I still like pesto better! If you are a nursing mom, sage is well known as having a negative effect on your milk supply.

i saw some gnocci at giant - on the shelf, no less - and am wondering what sauces are best with gnocci - in restaurants, i'm always been given very creamy or very tomato-y sauces - how would arabiata go with gnocci?
