+1 from what I can tell, it is a support system that focuses on leaning in and stepping up to opportunities for advancement when they are presented or possible. Trying to not be afraid of what challenges may present themselves, but to go forward and face them when and if they arise. My career followed the road they are hoping help women overcome: I pulled myself off the partner track and took a less demanding job so I could focus on having children and raising them. I think the "leaning in" philosophy would be to go forward with partner track (in my circumstances) and still plan on having children and work through the obstacles as they arise.
Again, this is just what I think it means based on her 60 minutes interview. I haven't read her book, so I would love to hear from someone who has.
