Way overpriced for that location. I'd much rather be up off Falls Road in Falls Reach, Copenhaver, Fox Hills, Horizon Hill.

Way too expensive. The issue with a house like this is that there's no way to make it attractive without pouring a TON of money into it. In which case you might as well scrape it...
