It involves moving around, lifting things, going up and down stairs, et cetera. Going up and down (bending over and reaching up) actually raise the heart rate quite a bit. It's a low impact way to get cardio. Once upon a time, humans kept in shape by doing such things, as opposed to going to a gym. The "gym" is a modern, first-world invention.

Hon, I'm too rich to clean my own house. I have a housekeeper, not a maid. I don't even wash dishes. Mow the lawn? Too big. We have people for that. Gym membership? Nope. Gym in my house.
Oh yea. I don't work either and hardly fly commercial.
