Much of the soy sauce sold in the US has gluten in it.

Indian food is a good bet.

+1 Zengo has a separate gluten-free menu that is almost as big as their regular menu. They are very accommodating.

Thai or Japanese. You could try Momijo for Japanese or Royal Thai. There's also a Burmese restaurant on 6th street.

The term is pescetarian, not vegetarian. Vegetarians do not eat any meat including fish.

Zengo has excellent options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. It's right by the Chinatown metro, so not too far from your preferred location.
