Check if your local Michaels store has Wilton cake decorating classes.

Fran's cake and candy in Fairfax. I think this is the only store of it's type near Falls Church. Someone will probably tell me I am wrong, though. If not, it's not that far from Falls Church.

I want to make a 3D cake for my son's birthday, and have very little experience with it. Please recommend a store where they can advise me about frosting etc, in Falls Church area.
