They want you to burn out. That is the business model. Haven't you figured it out yet?

When I was big law (6 years), I always aimed for at least 200. Occasionally, I would dip to about 180, but more frequently, I was closer to 230 (with some 280-300 spikes). This was generally easy to do, as the work had to get done.

How many hours of billable work do you aim for in a month? Do you do 200hrs as a matter of course? Or less? Or do you have so much work given to you that you easily do more than 200?
