Hold the phone! Your weight can fluctuate over several days for a variety of reasons--hormonal, eating salty foods, etc. Step away from obsessing on the scale. Eat the paleo food and weigh yourself in a week. You cannot judge any eating program by what the scale says after a couple of days.
