I've used the Alexandria location many times. They always have some veggie options, and you can always omit a nut ingredient. If you've got folks with severe allergies, you might want to check, as I guess their could be a chance of some oil, residue from the nut jar/bowl getting near another one.
Definitely go to the website, and you can get a sense of the menu.
I've used them many times and liked them. It's not necessarily a huge price saver over some take out options, but if you'd like to serve more homemade meals, or not be frantically trying to scrounge around for ingredients, it can be great.

I like the food, much better than Dinner Done. A bonus for me is that my husband loves making our Lets Dish dinners, more than he likes making other things. I think because it doesn't intimidate him since the directions for heating and serving are so easy to follow. So he makes dinner much more often when we have Let's Dish meals in the freezer.

We had a couple of the vegetarian options and they were good. I think they CAN be nut allergy friendly, especially if you self-prep, but I would be concerned about cross-contamination.

You should be able to see the menu options on-line. There is some amount of option to leave certain things out (like the meat). I used them before they closed in MoCo. The novelty of self prep wore off quickly once I tried a coupon to pick it up. Then they all went out of business..

For those who have used them, any sense of whether it would be vegetarian-friendly and most importantly, nut allergy-friendly?

I tried it for the first time last month. I didn't prepare it myself, I had them prepare and I picked it up. It was fine -- much better than anything I would have done (I'm an AWFUL cook). We'll probably do it again on our busy weeks.
