You can do it! You've made it so far already. Focus on getting through one day at a time. Google lists for "staying busy during the 2ww" or something -- I made a list of stuff I had to get done but had been putting off, then tried to get one thing done every day. Put aside 10-15 minutes a day to obsess over symptoms, signs, whatever, but limit yourself to those 10-15 minutes. And keep in mind that progesterone (if you're on it) WILL give you fake pregnancy symptoms, whether you are or aren't. That helped me a lot -- knowing that my sore boobs and bloating were the result of drugs -- because I knew it was useless to fret over "symptoms" or lack thereof.
