16 oz of sour cream plus one package of onion soup mix makes a fantastic French Onion soup dip for chips and veggies.
I often add 8 oz sour cream, 4 oz of cream cheese to 16 oz of ricotta and 8 oz of shredded mozzarella for my lasagna filling. It's smoother and tastier than plain ricotta.

I'd say use one for that chicken dish which I keep reading about here.
For the second, mix in brown sugar to taste and served with grapes and strawberries for dipping.

There's a great chicken broccoli sour cream and cheese casserole I make. I think if you google those ingredients, it will pop up. It is simply delicious.
