Thank you again 18:04 (and also 20:23, I'll check this out too)! I followed the instructions from the site you posted and our meal tonight was scrumptious. The seafood person at the grocery store helped my husband with the crabs, while I cooked the sausage, potatoes and corn with Old Bay. He came home with steamed crab and shrimp, which I popped into the pot and let steam for a few more minutes, and honestly it was almost as good as Joes. I think the only difference really was there's stays hotter longer than mine did, other than that, it was perfect! Thank you again, so much!

Anyone familiar with this item? It's description reads: Tasty Dungeness crab, sweet Snow crab, boiled shrimp and smoked sausage. and here's what it looks like: http://joescrabshack.com/menu.php?cat=9&itm=11260

I've been craving this for weeks, but my hubby hates going there. How hard would this be to cook at home? Fish and shrimp are the extent of my seafood cooking. Where would I even begin?

Any suggestions?
