I lost 19 pounds my first round. It is awesome. I also eat a high protein diet and log my food at myfitnesspal.

@Lwalt1 -- I just saw that beachbody is coming out with a new program called Focus T25 (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/focus-t25-workout.do). The workouts are just 25 minutes a day and it's short, high-intensity exercises. It's not out yet but I would look into it especially if you have trouble fitting workouts into your schedule!

BTW It comes with a nutritional guide and a schedule so that you benefit from the workouts.

I had an awesome experience with TurboFire. I actually lost 15 lbs doing it ( I was also eating healthy). You burn so many more calories ten if you were just doing a mild workout. They're quick and intense exercises which I really like. I've been looking for a new program to start. Any suggestions?

I found it extremely hard to follow which was frustrating. I've done tons of zumba so I figured I'd have an easy time following the moves, but it was more boxing than dance and it just didn't make sense to me. I ended up selling it on craigslist.

I have TF and I enjoy the cardio workouts, but there's no way that I could it for a 90-day rotation. That's a lot of high impact, I need some variety and the strength workouts aren't very good.

Has anyone tried Turbo Fire? Would love to hear success stories -- particularly if you had a lot of weight to lose!
