We had Baja Fresh catered in for a work lunch the other week and everyone loved it. Different types of fajitas. Not fancy but probably budget friendly. California Tortilla is another similar choice. Corner Bakery also does sandwich platters if you want to go in that direction.

Lebanese taverna caters but you have to like that style of food.

I was thinking hot meal with sides but am concerned about cost. Several of the women coming are picky eaters and/or dieting which is making me think I may need to rule out a sandwich platter or something similar (no carbs or sugar for some, etc).

Could you do something like Costco? Crossant sandwiches, fruit or veggie platter, cheese tray, etc?

What type of food were you thinking OP? Lunch could be casual -- just sandwiches and wraps -- or were you thinking a hot meal with sides?

I can't cook at all and am hosting a small wedding shower in my home for 14 adults and a few kids. Can anyone recommend a place to purchase food that is already prepared? I'm trying to be budget conscious and am not having very much luck. The shower is early afternoon so I would like to provide lunch and dessert. We live in Arlington. Thank you!
