last year (the current 2nd graders) NNAT cut off is 132. If I were you, I won't sweat. you DS2 have a shot at CogAT. If not, you can always do parent referral.
To refresh, 1st graders take NNAT, and second graders take CogAT. They are automatically in pool if one of the score made the cut. If DC is not in the pool, parent can do parent referral. If the GBRS is good (12 or more), even either score made the cut, DC still have a shot. If not, a lot parents get WISC and appeal. If WISC is 130+, the DC have another shot.

I asked this previously in another thread but it was buried....
I wondered how 132 was the "baseline" for the 2012. I assume it's the cutoff for AAP if CogAT & GBRS are also high? (As it happens, DS2 just came home with a score of 131.)
