Just wanted to update this thread for the 2025 tax year -- I reached out to DPR and the number still is 53-6001131.

That is what they said. The webpage says they would be sending them "throughout the day", so I guess they will not send them all at the same time.

OP here. I googled that number and found it on a 990 (tax return for nonprofits) that listed it as DPR's number, so it was good at one point, at least. I emailed DPR on Monday to get it directly from them but I'm still waiting to hear back.
