It's Capitals. Capital is an adjective with many meanings, one of which is "great," e.g. "a capital idea." And no, I'm not a Nationals fan so I'm not going to defend their name.

And if they used the name Warriors, they could keep the logo image. Depicting Native Americans as Warriors would remove the negative connotations from the outdated and racist name.

And if they used the name Warriors, they could keep the logo image. Depicting Native Americans as Warriors would remove the negative connotations from the outdated and racist name.

Apples and oranges. There is nothing offensive about "cowboys" and it is totally appropropriate for a team based in Texas. Washington Redskins make absolutely no sense at all.
