Subject: What is the most noble of all professions?
There is no noblest profession, only noble people (in any profession). Though I agree that some professions seem less noble... hedge fund manager, anyone?

Nurse, teacher, firefighter...
Essentially people who help people, not all teachers, nurses, firefighters are great, but good profession.
I would add Police Officer/Soldier, but often I think many do more harm than good.
