Beautiful area. Not sure about commuting time. It's close to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station, but that station doesn't have parking.
Conventional wisdom on schools would be that Clermont ES is good; Twain/Edison have both fans/detractors. They are comparable to, say, the schools in the eastern part of Montgomery County like Einstein and (non-magnet) Blair.
