Which schools hold these - spelling or geography? We attend Bailey's ES (Falls Church- Fairfax County) and I am not aware of us having either - yet.

LOL, why do Indians love spelling bees so much? I love them too, so this is not disparaging, but our school is maybe 20% Indian/East Asian but the spelling bee is about 90%.

Our DD is going into K next year... I hope ours has one! I loved our spelling bee... maybe because I won two years in a row It was very exciting as a kid!

This is my 20th year with FCPS. Same school. We have never had a spelling bee, but we do hold the geography bee.
