Step 1 - don't use H & R Block! Use Turbotax, or your own accountant, instead.

The PP is exactly right. If you live in DC, MD, or VA and work in another of any of those 3, you do not have do fill out another form.

No you don't have to fill out separate for DC but you do need to say you work in DC. DC md and va have a special reciprocity system

it tells me that I have to fill out a separate tax return for DC. What is right? Help!
