Got zero ... actually got a decrease with higher payroll taxes kicking in from the first of the year.

I am making less than FY 2012 with a GS step raise. Thank you payroll tax increase and frozen gov salary rates.

Did get a bonus though so that was cool.

Are you a fed or federal contractor?

If you're a fed you might be getting a bump (albeit a small one) after not having any for the last 3(?) years.

If you're a contractor - you're lucky if you get to keep your job.

It's tough out there now.

Govt contractor... Not expecting one. Although I did get 4% last year, when the company average was 2%. Salary reviews start in Feb. I'm hoping to negotiate increase in leave if there is no raise.

DH just got 4.5% - they have no reviews.
I (fed) for 1.5% - excellent review (not GS; performance-based demo system)

I a federal contractor and the management of my IT/engineering group gets to split a 1% raise among a couple hundred folks. Like most, I'm within 3% of what I was at three years ago. And, like most, I am looking elsewhere (in a crappy economy).

We get increases in March. I'm expecting 3-4% based on 'exceeds expectations'. Overall pool is 3%, but no bonuses though since we didn't meet our targets (govt contractor).

Fed Contractor. Avg review. Got 1%. Great reviews got up to 2.5% It's very lean in the public sector. But better off than my civil servant spouse who once again got...nothing.
