That's Bourbon Steak. I ate there last week. It was very very good and probably fits all of OPs requirements. The crowd was also surprisingly young given the prices.
I'd also try Rasika although reservations could be tough.
You might start with open table and see what's even available for Friday night. I suspect it won't be too much unless you are willing to go late - like 9ish.
