I heard that they have a "skinny" menu. I haven't been in years, but I would check that out.

I like the small plates and the salads. I personally love the cheesecake factory. I also like the sliders.

I also love the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and the brown bread. In addition to that I like the Caesar Salad with chicken. My husband and I split the appetizer Caesar salad because even that is jumbo. We also love the crispy crab wonton appetizer.

The beef ribs are also really good but so messy.

Ahi Tuna Carpaccio on the appetizer menu. Delicious and 200 calories.

As PP hints, there's something there called the Navajo Sandwich on warm fry bread that I love and have never found anywhere else.

Herb Crusted Salmon Salad (with the dressing on the side) may suit your fancy...

I really don't like their food except for the cheesecake. Some of the salads are decent.

They have a plain grilled salmon that is really tasty -- I even ask for it without added fat and it is good. You get two sides and you can choose from plain steamed veggies to more decadent.

If you're not watching what you eat, some of their sandwiches are really tasty -- turkey/bacon club, navajo fry bread. And, lots of their salads are good, too.

Look at the apps menu. I love their sliders (mini-hamburgers) and their chicken potstickers. My friend loves their Greek salad.

I got nothing for you, OP. CF is everything that is wrong with the way America eats, all under one roof. Enormous portions, pseudo "ethnic" food, terribly unhealthy, mediocre quality . . . bleh.

I think they have cheesecake?

Your last line is funny OP.

To answer your question -- everything is HUGE at CF. So order something to share or ask for a box right away to take 1/2 home. I happen to like the salads there. I haven't been in quite awhile but they used to have a really good shrimp and bacon sandwich. The apps are good too. Again, think HUGE

My best friend who just had a baby is craving Cheesecake Factory. So we're going there for lunch. I have never been before. What should I order? The menu is huge!! Open to all suggestions (except "Go to a different restaurant").
