How is spinning? How is your fitness level overall?

I take zumba classes which I love. I have also tried TRX and house dance classes. Interested in trying more.

The nice thing about having a weekly scheduled time with a trainer is not only are you getting a hard workout once a week, but it is motivating to go other times in between sessions with the trainer so that you are able to keep up with increasingly difficult training sessions.

I am about to re-sign up for weekly training - my last package expired a while back.

OP here. I do classes (started spin classes, I like classes with Judy, and have not been in a couple of months), or machines (elliptical and treadmill). Ive been thinking of a trainer- maybe doing that 1xweek would make me accountable to go more often so I see a difference? Who do you see? Alone or small group?

I also struggle with getting there enough! Do you have a trainer? That is the only thing that works to keep me going consistently - if I have an appointment to keep. It's expensive though..

I am trying to get motivated to go to Crunch regularly and am looking for someone else who would be interested in being accountable to getting there. I feel kind of anonymous there, and its too easy for me not to go. Ideally I would go 3-4 times a week. I work PT.
