You can broil it in your oven and it'll be AMAZING.

Either do a marinade or just a salt and pepper rub.

Rest it then slice thin. Leftovers are great in sandwiches!

I recently made some great chile with it, cubing it into pretty small pieces, searing the meat in small batches, and then cooking with the liquids for awhile. The searing took a bit of time but it was delicious.

I like to pick up one of those 30 minute marinates and throw it on the grill. Bourbon steak, tequila & lime, garlic and chipotle, so many possibilities

Grilling would be your best option. Sometimes we grill on the George Foreman inside, don't over cook, slice thin.

Stroganoff also a good suggestion. My DH loves it so much he calls it "stroke it off"

I would chop it up and make broccoli and beef stir fry. ( I haven't made this one yet, but it is on my menu this week)

If it is shaped like one enormous steak, make up a spice rub and throw that meat on the grill = London Broil. Let rest hen cooked and slice thinly.

How do I cook it? I am so bad with beef for some reason.
